For our new Network Operation Centre start-up we are currently hiring for following roles:

•             Network and Security Specialists
•             Voice Engineers
•             Service Level Management Specialists

Within this new project, we are looking for specialists on different levels of seniority

Requirements:
•             Proven experience in troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networks; hands-on experience with Cisco devices
•             Good understanding of networking concepts, network protocols, VPN, firewalls, etc.
•             Experience with working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters
•             Experience within a large Enterprise Service Management Organization; Knowledge of ITIL Best Practice processes
•             Exceptional Customer Service Skills and Client Focus
