Job profile:

• Design and Analysis of technical requirements
• Development based on client requirements
• Technical specifications writing; system optimization
• Responsibility for the delivery of the team
• Reporting to management 
• Management and escalation of issues 
• Coaching of the team

Project requirements:

• Direct client facing delivery experience
• Experience of leading and motivating a development team 
• Considerable experience in Java and JEE platforms 
• Solid knowledge of SOA and ESB
• Knowledge of webMethods from Software AG is an advantage; if not present in your skill set than willingness to be trained in it 
• Knowledge of other tools, servers, OS, methodologies neccessary for programming in Java
• Solid communication skills in English
