The ServiceNow Functional Owner and Administrator is the “face” of the ServiceNow tool, representing the ServiceNow CCB - Change Control Board, providing operational support, designing and facilitating enhancements/upgrades, and performing software configuration/customization including screen/script tailoring/minor enhancements and workflow administration.

Job Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience as an administrator
ServiceNow knowledge is not compulsory
Scripting knowledge is an advantage
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to learn new things
Independent problem solving
